Production Supervisor – ASCO Reynosa Location: Reynosa, Mexico Department: Manufacturing / Production Position Type: Full-Time – On-site About the Role ASCO Reynosa is seeking a highly motivated Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and drive production teams toward operational excellence.

This role requires strong leadership, problem‑solving capabilities, and solid understanding of standardized manufacturing processes.

What You Will Do Review and execute the daily production schedule to ensure timely and efficient output.

Lead and coordinate production activities using standardized work procedures and short interval management.

Conduct daily production meetings with direct personnel and participate in staff-level meetings.

Ensure achievement of key operational targets, including productivity, efficiency, quality, and on‑time delivery.

Prepare and maintain production reports, charts, and performance analyses.

Monitor production indicators and guide synchronization of demand with other supervisors and team leads.

Oversee urgent orders and ensure proper follow-up.

Control and reduce scrap rates and manage non-conforming materials.

Perform hour-by-hour monitoring in collaboration with production and quality teams.

Provide immediate attention to material shortages to avoid line stoppages.

Conduct floor walks with operational personnel to identify safety risks and improvement opportunities.

Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, Sales, and other departments for seamless operations.

Support and execute training programs to strengthen team skills and ensure effective process execution.

Identify improvement opportunities and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What Will Make You Successful Bachelor’s degree completed in Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field. (Degree is required) Minimum 70% English proficiency (reading, writing, communication).

Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide teams without direct reporting lines.

Experience: working under pressure and managing multiple priorities.

Solid understanding of production processes, planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Proactive mindset with strong adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.

Knowledge of Windows-based tools and JDE (JD Edwards).

Commitment to regulatory compliance and adherence to safety standards.
