Join us and become the Business Development Manager SALES area This is a fast-paced sales/business development role and a key customer interface responsible for generating growth for Schneider Electric’s Process Automation business.

Top priorities are: new business development and maintaining and expanding the existing installed base to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and recurring revenue.

The position focuses on identifying, preparing, and closing opportunities from early-stage business development across process-intensive and hybrid industries, while leveraging CRM tools for account planning, pipeline management, strategy execution and reporting KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Drive new business development while maintaining and growing existing installed base.

Identify, develop, and close opportunities for Process Automation solutions (DCS, ESD, SCADA, Digitalization, Cybersecurity).

Develop and execute account strategies using CRM tools.

Expand Schneider Electric’s footprint in process-intensive segments (Oil & Gas, Power, MMM) and hybrid industries (Water, CPG).

Build strong relationships with customers, EPCs, and system integrators.

Collaborate closely with other Schneider Electric Business Units (Industrial Automation and Energy Management) and AVEVA (Industrial Software) to design and deliver integrated, tailored solutions that create added value and effectively address complex customer challenges Execute competitive sales tactics with integrity and lead contract negotiations.

Coordinate seamlessly with the Tendering and Delivery teams to ensure tendering alignment and successful execution of projects QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Minimum 5 years in sales/business development for process automation projects.

Proven track record in selling solutions such as DCS, ESD, SCADA, Digitalization, Cybersecurity.

Strong understanding of process-intensive industries and hybrid sectors.

Experience: with CRM tools for account planning and pipeline management.

High focus on delivering results and achieving targets.
