Role Summary

The Partner Delivery Management Expert is focused on driving customer success through the partner ecosystem by ensuring high-quality SAP cloud deployments. The PDM acts as the central post-sales advisor to partners, orchestrating SAP stakeholders and guiding partners to build sustainable cloud delivery capabilities aligned with SAP strategy (RISE with SAP, Clean Core, SAP Activate).

Key Responsibilities

Drive annual partner business planning in alignment with PBMs and CS&D Teams (capacity, certifications, go-lives, enablement).
Monitor partner delivery readiness and execution quality across the LACE lifecycle.
Own partner delivery quality KPIs and ensure corrective actions where required.
Guide partners on RISE Adoption Framework, Clean Core principles, and SAP Activate best practices.
Proactively identify competency gaps and drive targeted enablement plans.
Maintain visibility on partner project health and resource certification status.
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with assigned partners.
Manage and coordinate partner escalations with internal stakeholders (CX&E, SAP Services, Product, etc.).
Support mid- and long-term partner growth opportunities in collaboration with PBMs.

Experience & Skills

12+ years in software industry and/or partner-facing roles (partner management, consulting, delivery, or sales).
Strong understanding of cloud ERP delivery through partners (Fit-to-Standard, SAP Activate).
Solid knowledge of RISE with SAP and Clean Core concepts.
Experience in partner capacity planning, forecasting, and enablement.
Strong stakeholder management and escalation handling skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of SI ecosystem and partner dynamics.
