What you’ll build
The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship, it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.
- Position title: SAP i Xp Intern
- Business Process Mining
Location: Budapest, Hungary
Duration: 12 months + possible prolongation (until the active, full-time student status criteria is met)
Time schedule: min. 24 hours/week (other available schedules are 30 / 32 / 40 hours per week)

Testing and quality assurance: Evaluate upcoming process mining functionalities in Service Now before release, ensuring they meet quality standards and user needs

Issue tracking and resolution: Raise bug tickets and actively monitor their progress to ensure timely fixes

System administration: Configure and maintain admin settings to support smooth operations

Project coordination: Keep our JIRA project organized by maintaining accurate task statuses and ensuring the team stays aligned

Meeting facilitation: Organize team meetings and distribute clear, actionable meeting minutes

Cross-cultural collaboration: Work alongside colleagues from diverse backgrounds across our global organization

Skill development: Build your expertise in process mining techniques through real-world application and mentorship
What you bring

Enrolment as a full-time student on active semester (Bachelor or Master) in Computer Science, IT or any related field

Fluency in English and Hungarian languages

Strong communication: Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams

Organizational excellence: Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain project documentation, and keep workflows running smoothly

Analytical mindset: Problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail to identify issues and drive improvements

Where you belong
Our organization Business Process and Solution Management is driving the Golden Process standard for Customer Support, Cloud Operations and some other functions. This harmonizing task is based on data & facts (Value Management via Process mining) and includes the onboarding of various SAP-units and organizations towards the standard processes and tools, the Solution Management for required supporting products and solutions as well as the development of the Customer Support Master Data App. Our organization consists of approx. 40 colleagues within the area of Service Management Processes and Solutions.
