The Organization
The Global Delivery Hub (GDH) is SAP’s global consulting organization within the Customer Success & Delivery Board Area. Its mission is to help customers successfully adopt SAP innovation—across solutions, methodologies, and delivery practices. GDH is structured around Solution Areas, where deep functional expertise resides. Market Units may engage GDH Solution Areas directly or via the GDH Engagement & Delivery organization, which acts as a strategic delivery partner—bridging MUs and Solution Areas through project engineering (scope, solutioning, and delivery mix) and project governance. This ensures GDH’s contributions are fully aligned with MU expectations and integrated into the overall customer engagement.
