What you'll do

• Connect with experts to organize and streamline training sessions to support continuous improvement cycles which develop regional practices.

• Be an active part of value-driven knowledge and content creation to improve best practices with lessons learned, pragmatic approaches and AI support.

• Develop in project management practices with an experienced regional team

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.

• Strong interest in Project Management, digital transformation, and how AI can improve delivery processes and team efficiency.

• Passion and experience to plan, organize while connecting with other people in person and remotely

• Basic understanding of SAP portfolio, delivery processes, or project management methodologies (e.g., waterfall, agile, hybrid) is a plus.

Technical skills:

• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools such as Share Point and Teams.

• High interest and first practical experience with AI, automation technologies, and data driven work methods.

• Analytical skills

Language skills:

• Fluent written and spoken German and English (C1 level for both languages).

Soft skills:

• Solution oriented team player with strong communication skills and the confidence to contribute to your own perspective.

• Structured, self organized working style with high motivation and a can do attitude.

• Strong attention to detail combined with curiosity and a willingness to learn.

• Of course: a sense of humor and openness to work in a collaborative team

• Working from Walldorf office is required.

Where you belong

Central Project Management Office, Middle & Eastern Europe

The Central PMO team supports projects with centralized and standardized Project Management Consultants to ensure delivery quality and project management excellence in our SAP led projects. While utilizing standardized best practices we continue to develop and improve our services and tools to better support projects managers. This empowers customer projects to achieve successful customer value journeys, advancing the adoption and consumption of our cloud and business AI solutions while developing a team of young talents to future project managers. Our talents are distributed in the region of Middle and Eastern Europe.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
