What you'll build

• Design IAM solution for air-gapped environments with RBAC models and secure authentication/authorization mechanisms
• Ensure compliance with sovereignty and security standards
• Maintain and optimize Cloud Access Management solutions with ongoing support
• Design, develop, operate and improve in time scalable microservices delivering critical security functionalities for the organization
• Collaborate across teams to evaluate emerging security technologies and guide adoption
• Transform strategic objectives into robust, scalable technical implementations

What you bring

• Expertise in user access and identity management with secure access control architectures (Kubernetes RBAC, cloud platforms) and zero-trust frameworks
• Experience with air-gapped environments and isolated infrastructure security challenges
• Deep knowledge of defense/government compliance standards (FIPS 140-2/3, ISO 27001, Common Criteria)
• Proficiency in authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, LDAP/AD, PKI, MFA)
• Cloud-native microservices development with service accounts, security policies, and cloud IAM integration (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Hands-on CI/CD pipeline experience with automation tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
• Strong scripting abilities (Python, Go) for automation and security tasks
• Solid encryption and key management expertise with KMS and vault systems
