About Role

SAP Labs is seeking a motivated SAP Basis Administrator with 5 - 10 years of experience to deliver consistent, high-performance SAP systems that support critical business operations. The ideal candidate will provide 24x7 support on a rotational basis, ensuring system health, performance, and security across diverse SAP landscapes.

What you'll do:

  • Provide 24x7 rotational support for critical SAP systems (including night shifts)

  • Monitor SAP applications using **Focused Run (FRUN)**or Cloud ALM, identify issues, and provide recommendations

  • Regular interaction with customers for day-to-day operations

  • Periodic report preparation and presentation w/ customer

  • Handle incidents and servicerequests for timely resolution (adhering to stringent SLAs)

  • Perform system health checks (production/non-production) to ensure availability and performance

  • Manage data growth monitoring, ensure robust security monitoring, updates, and compliance

  • Administer transport management via ChaRM or CTMS

  • Support batch jobs, interface, and channel monitoring

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver root cause analysis (RCA)

  • Maintain accurate system documentation, configurations, and maintenance records

What you bring:

  • Minimum 5 – 10 years of SAP Basis experience in medium to large-scale environments

  • Graduate in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields

  • Experience across multiple SAP products

  • Excellent PowerPoint and excel skills

  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • SAP Basis certification is mandatory

  • Self-driven with strong learning agility

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Team player with a proactive approach

Tools & T-Codes Involved:

  • FRUN, Cloud ALM, STMS, DB02, SARA, SUIM, ST03N, SM20, SPAM, SUM, etc.
