What you'll build

• Support business operations and steering activities in the Operations Team for SAP’s Data & Analytics organization

• Assist in various administrative tasks to ensure efficient operation of the business

• Support the management team with project coordination and planning

• Support our organization as the interface between business and technology

• Communicate with stakeholders and leadership to provide insights and recommendations for business optimization

• Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings and events

• Drive recurring cost analysis tasks for our data & analytics products

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences

• Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Economics, IT Management or similar

• Computer skills: MS Office 360 especially MS Excel, VBA

• Language skills: fluent in German or English preferred; written and verbal

• Soft skills: You are a passionate team player, building networks across organizations, regions, and hierarchies.

• Other important skills/experience: You like challenging complexity, thinking cross-boundaries, and communicating proactively with key stakeholders. You are open-minded, customer-oriented, communicative, self-driven, and reliable

• Working from the Walldorf office is required

Where you belong

Our Data & Analytics Operations Team is part of SAP's Strategy & Operations organization. It manages business operations and provides analytical insights for the whole value chain of SAP Data & Analytics products. The team operates at the interface between business and technology to ensure holistic business operations.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
