What you'll do:

• Create & maintain automated test scripts for SAP BTP Cloud Integration customer scenarios using appropriate test automation tool(s)
• Analyze test results (issues) & take appropriate follow-up actions where necessary
• Work with test lead to ensure quality & on-time delivery of customer test scenarios
• Work closely with product development & test teams whenever required
• Apply product domain knowledge to initiate tool & process improvements based on customer needs
• Learn quickly & work effectively in a fast paced and changing business environment. Flexibility and adaptability are must haves to be successful in this role
• Effectively communicate with client leadership on testing approaches, best practices, project risks, and recommendations
• Maintain test requirements, test scripts, test status, and defects.
• Proactively support with the creation of Testing Services collateral and content while leveraging repeatable process. These assets could then be used towards the development of new products and Testing Solution delivery packages
• Support the creation of practice related tools & content for knowledge base
• Maintain a high degree of knowledge & understanding of SAP’s products & sales processes

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related discipline is required

• Strong knowledge & understanding of SDLC, various QA & Testing methodologies
• 5-10 years practical experience with testing tools, especially from Tricentis, Micro Focus (also formerly HP), IBM Rational, Int4, SAP CALM (Test Suite and/or CBTA) is a plus
• Strong knowledge & understanding of SAP Applications & Technologies (mainly such as S/4HANA, BTP)
• Experience in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins & GitHub
• Knowledge & understanding with EDI, ALE & SAP middleware platforms (PI/PO, BTP ISuite)
• Good know how of LLMs and the usage for continuous improvements through automation in SAP testing
• ISTQB/ITIL and/or related QA certifications are a plus
