About the Team

GTM Strategy & Operations (GTM S&O) is the driving force behind SAP’s go to market success, shaping strategy, execution, and operational excellence at scale. The team directly influences revenue growth, quality, and efficiency by enabling strategic clarity, operational rigor, and crossfunctional alignment across the business.

What You’ll Do

As a GTM Strategy & Operations Summer Associate, you will support critical initiatives that improve how SAP brings products and solutions to market. Your responsibilities may include:

Supporting strategic planning cycles, business reviews, and operational governance forums

Analyzing business performance data to generate insights that guide GTM decisionmaking

Developing materials for leadership consumption, including dashboards, KPIs, and communications

Supporting endtoend process improvements that enhance GTM efficiency and execution effectiveness

Contributing to partnership, field enablement, or customerengagement programs as needed

Engaging in a variety of emerging topics, such as Artificial Intelligence.

What You Bring

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong analytical and problem solving abilities; comfortable working with data

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with business intelligence tools a plus

Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and deadlines

Excellent communication skills and ability to summarize complex topics clearly

Selfstarter mindset with curiosity to learn and willingness to take initiative

Preferred Experience

Coursework or experience in business, operations, strategy, economics, analytics, or related fields

Experience with project management or crossfunctional collaboration

Interest in Go-to-Market functions (Sales, Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations)

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $15-62 (USD). The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
