WHAT YOU'LL BUILD

• As a “AI Development

• Senior Developer”, you will build and deliver enterprise-ready Generative AI and Agentic AI applications for the Sales Engagement & Planning Solutions IND team which is part of the Demand Generation vertical within the Customer & Partner organization.

• Translate business and architectural requirements into production-ready AI application components and services

• Build and optimize RAG pipelines, retrieval workflows, and hybrid AI solutions for enterprise scenarios

• Design and develop AI-powered applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Model Context Protocol (MCP), Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocol

• Develop and integrate AI services with SAP BTP, AI Core, Joule, SAP HANA and SAP integration services

• Ensure Responsible AI principles, data privacy, security, and compliance requirements are implemented in delivered solutions

• Optimize AI applications for scalability, performance, reliability, and cost efficiency

• Collaborate with global teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing applications and workflows

• Continuously evaluate emerging tools and frameworks to improve development productivity and solution quality

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline

• Over 10 years of IT Experience

• Strong experience building Generative AI applications, including RAG pipelines, agent workflows

• Expertise in Prompt Engineering

• Experience implementing agentic workflows, tool integration, and multi-agent collaboration patterns

• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Lang Chain, Lang Graph or equivalent

• Experience working with vector databases, semantic retrieval, and knowledge graph integrations

• Experience designing and implementing Business AI solutions

• Experience developing cloud-native applications and services

• Strong proficiency in Python
