Join our Unified Cloud & Infrastructure Services team—a strategic engineering group delivering secure, scalable, and compliant cloud solutions across hyperscaler platforms.
This is your opportunity to shape the future of sovereign cloud services, working with cutting-edge technologies and collaborating with top-tier talent.
Your Role & Impact
As a Senior DevOps Engineer in our Unified Cloud & Infrastructure Services team, you’ll design, provision, and maintain cloud environments across AWS, GCP, Azure, and Open Stack. You’ll ensure these platforms are optimized for hosting mission-critical SAP applications such as BTP, HCM, S/4HANA PCE, IBP, and HANA—while driving automation-first principles across infrastructure, CI/CD, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
-
Architect and manage cloud account structures across IaaS providers, with deep expertise in at least one (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Open Stack)
-
Design and operate infrastructure within SAP’s private cloud

Build portable, cloud-agnostic automation that scales globally and securely
-
Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Crossplane, Helm, Kustomize, and Ansible

-
Design resilient, self-healing Kubernetes clusters using Cluster API and Git Ops reconciliation
-
Automate deployment of databases and middleware (PostgreSQL, Redis, Vault, Kafka) using Helm and Operators
-
Enforce Git Ops-first workflows with policy-driven, versioned environments and continuous reconciliation
-
Manage centralized secrets and rotation using Hashi Corp Vault and External Secrets Operator
-
Integrate image signing, attestation, and scanning tools (Cosign, Trivy, Grype)
-
Monitor and enhance performance, availability, and security of cloud and SAP environments
-
Document and standardize operational processes across platforms
-
Debug across layers—infra, APIs, containers, and workloads
-
Mentor peers and foster a culture of ownership, iteration, and continuous improvement
