What you’ll do
Position Title: SAP i Xp Intern – HANA Technical Support
Location: Vancouver, BC (Hybrid; 3 days in-office)
Expected Start Date: 4 May 2026
Contract Duration: 8 to 12 months
Work Hours: Full-time; 40 hours per week

Investigate and resolve critical system issues for Enterprise level Fortune 500 companies

Analyze complex, real world, unique problems; often working in production environments

Master SAP software that is being used by industries, governments, and multinational companies around the globe
What you bring
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
Education: Computer Science, Business and Technology, or related areas
Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program.
Required

Currently enrolled in a University degree in Computer Science, Business and Technology, or related areas

Excellent English communication skills (written and oral)

Excellent diagnostic and technical analysis skills

Ability to assess, plan and troubleshoot while collecting information about the customer issue
At least some of the following subject matter
-
Databases (SAP HANA, Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, MySQL, etc.)
-
Operating systems (Windows Server, Linux, command line interface)
-
Data communications and networking (HTTP, TCP/IP, DNS)
-
RESTful web services and JSON
-
Security and Authentication technologies such as SAML, Kerberos, SSL, and SSO.
-
Object-oriented programming (Java, C++, ABAP, etc.) and programming logic, debugging
-
SAP Products & Solutions (SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP HANA, SAP Business Objects, etc.)
**Preferred
-
Experience in troubleshooting distributed systems, including installation, migration and networking

Experience working with customers is a plus
-
Previous internship experience would be an asset

SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 24-35 CAD. Due to the nature of the role, which involves global interactions with SAP entities, as well as with employees and stakeholders in Canada, functional proficiency in English is required for positions based in the Quebec.
