What you’ll do as a Senior Account Executive
As a Senior Account Executive, you will drive strategic growth by managing complex enterprise sales cycles, building executive-level relationships, and positioning SAP solutions as critical enablers of business transformation. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to customers while owning the full revenue lifecycle.
What you'll do:
Own and exceed revenue targets by developing and executing strategic account plans
Manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to close
Build trusted relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and net-new prospects
Lead value-based conversations focused on customer outcomes and ROI
Collaborate with pre-sales, solution consultants, and delivery teams to craft tailored proposals
Drive pipeline development through proactive outreach and territory planning
Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements
Maintain accurate and hygiene of forecasting and pipeline visibility
Stay current on SAP solutions, industry trends, and competitive landscape
Represent the company professionally in client meetings, events, and executive briefings
Act as a strategic advisor helping customers align technology with business goals
Success in this role looks like:
Consistently achieving or exceeding cloud quota
Expanding strategic accounts year over year
Establishing long-term executive partnerships
Delivering measurable business value to customers
What you bring:
Minimum 10+ years of enterprise account sales experience
Demonstrated success selling complex, multi-solution deals to large organizations
Strong track record of exceeding quota and delivering sustained revenue growth
Experience selling cloud-based solutions and subscription models
Expertise in consultative, value-based, and solution selling methodologies
Ability to engage and influence C-level executives and senior stakeholders
Proven success managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers
Strategic account planning and territory management skills
Strong negotiation, contract management, and closing capabilities
Excellent communication, executive presence, and presentation skills
High level of business acumen with the ability to connect technology to customer outcomes
Self-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability
Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams
You stand out if you have:
Experience selling SAP or large enterprise platforms
Working with partners
Industry specialization (e.g., manufacturing, retail, finance, public sector)
Experience leading transformational or digital modernization deals
Education
Bachelor or Master's Degree:
MBA preferred
Professional Training and Certification
Sales training, account and opportunity planning, negotiation skills, etc.
Language Requirement
