Summary & Role Information:

As a Finance Business Processes Consultant, you will work with SAP solutions for our international customers and present the results of your findings and recommendations to key users, IT managers and executives.

Consultant will provide guidance and support across all RISE with SAP methodology:

• In Prepare phase, you will identify new functionalities and benefits provided by S/4HANA in

• Finance modules. Define preparation activities to adopt new S/4HANA finance capabilities.

• In Explore and Realize phases, consultant will conduct interviews to understand business

• processes design and provide recommendations to stick to SAP standard; fix finance inconsistencies in S/4HANA conversion projects.

• Propose recommendations to optimize and improve business processes in Deploy phase.

• Support customer to address issues reported during Run and operation phases.

• Support business processes continuous improvement once customer is operating SAP S/4HANA; and help them to implement Innovations and Updates.

To meet the challenging requirements, you should be a quick learner with strong analytical skills, creative, open minded and possess the ability to communicate and convince others based on technical facts and details.

Work Experience:

• Strong experience implemeting SAP Finance and Controlling modules such as GL, AP, AR, AA and CO.

• Mandatory experience in system conversion projects (brownfield) from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, fixing finance inconsistencies and errors in S/4HANA conversion projects, with deep knowledge in New General Ledger and Asset Accounting. Minimum 1 project.

• Knowledge and practice of SAP Activate / RISE with SĂP methodologies.

• ABAP optimization in business processes is highly desirable.

Education, Skills and Competencies

• The ideal candidate will have at minimum a Bachelor's degree in mathematics, science or engineering.

• Experience in one or more programming languages (e.g. ABAP, Java, Ct+).

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.

• Excellent oral and written communications skills in English, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of customers and management, both internal and external.

Language Skills:

• Portuguese

• Fluent in both spoken and written (Mandatory)

• English

• Proficient in both spoken and written (Mandatory)

• Spanish - desirable, not mandatory
