What you’ll build

  • Develop and implement scalable Generative AI and agentic AI applications aligned with defined solution architectures.

  • Translate business and architectural requirements into production-ready AI application components and services.

  • Build and optimize RAG pipelines, retrieval workflows, and hybrid AI solutions for enterprise scenarios.

  • Implement multi-agent orchestration, tool integrations, and A2A/MCP interaction patterns.

  • Develop and integrate AI services with SAP BTP, AI Core, Joule, SAP HANA, S/4HANA, and SAP integration services.

  • Implement LLMOps/MLOps pipelines supporting model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

  • Build reusable AI components, services, and accelerators to support rapid solution delivery.

  • Optimize AI applications for scalability, performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.

  • Ensure Responsible AI principles, data privacy, security, and compliance requirements are implemented in delivered solutions.

  • Collaborate closely with architects, product teams, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver customer AI adoption programs.

  • Support troubleshooting, performance tuning, and continuous improvement of deployed AI solutions.

  • Continuously evaluate emerging tools and frameworks to improve development productivity and solution quality.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field

  • 8–14 years of experience in AI/ML or enterprise software development with hands-on solution delivery experience.

  • Strong experience building Generative AI applications, including RAG pipelines, agent workflows, and prompt engineering.

  • Experience implementing agentic workflows, tool integration, and multi-agent collaboration patterns.

  • Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Lang Chain, Lang Graph, CrewAI, or equivalent.

  • Experience designing and implementing Business AI solutions.

  • Strong foundation in software engineering, distributed systems, and scalable application development.

  • Experience developing cloud-native applications and services.

  • Strong proficiency in Python; working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript is advantageous.

  • Experience working with vector databases, semantic retrieval, and knowledge graph integrations.

  • Experience implementing model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle workflows using MLOps/LLMOps practices.

  • Experience working with SAP BTP or hyperscaler cloud platforms is beneficial.

  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, HANA DB, and SAP AI offerings is advantageous.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively in customer-facing and cross-functional delivery environments.

  • Strong problem-solving mindset and commitment to delivering production-quality solutions.

  • Strong learning orientation and ability to rapidly adopt emerging AI development technologies.
