What you'll build

• License Lifecycle Management: Support the end-to-end license lifecycle for our global partner network, from delivery to decommissioning

• Process Optimization: Assist in auditing volume processes, contribute to automating manual workflows and help identify potential for streamlining our business processes

• Quality Management: Perform different quality management projects to improve the data quality in the systems

• Governance: Support the monitoring of process and assist in the documentation and tracking of escalations to ensure operational standards

• Global Operational Support: Assist in coordinating tasks with our international processing team and help track project progress

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences

• Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related disciplines

• Computer skills / Programming languages: Very advanced Microsoft Office skills; interest in learning new data tools (e.g. SAP Analytics, Power BI)

• Language skills: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

• Soft skills: Team player, open to new experiences, curious, initiative-driven, values cultural diversity

• Working from Walldorf office is required (0-10% travel expected)

Where you belong

Our Product Experience Solutions team within the Go-To-Market Execution group bridges the gap between strategy and operations. We focus on delivering solutions that drive product experience adoption and profitable growth.

For customers and prospects we offer try-out solutions across SAP´s product portfolio to support buying decisions.

For partners we provide solutions to test and demo SAP´s products and solutions, and to develop third-party solutions to extend the SAP product portfolio.

In addition, our team manages SAP´s learning and certification offerings for the whole eco-system incl. customers, partners, students (f/m/d), universities, and job seekers, to help become competent on SAP products. The portfolio includes self-paced or instructor-led formats, practice system access, and online certification options.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
