Position Summary

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Senior Operations Support professional who can help streamline processes, support key projects, and drive operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, coordinating across teams, and contributing ideas that create real impact.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
• Project Management and ensure alignment with timelines and deliverable
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project objectives
• Conduct market sensing for weekly market insight report
• Responsible for the quality and content of all related Project Management, reporting, sensing (market/tech) between Indonesia
• Korea and audit coordination for either a Group or significant project area and has preferably overseen a human resources function previously (within a project).

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / language and literature or any related Master's Degree• Min. 8 years of experience on Business Administration / Project Management with some supervisory skills.

• Experience in a tech company

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, formulas, reporting)

• Good in communication, effective verbal and written communications skills in English (Mandatory)

• Proactive, initiative-driven, and confident in expressing ideas

• Successful track record in setting priorities; keen analytic, organization and problem-solving skills which support and enable sound decision making.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to track project progress and contribute to successful outcome.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively.

Nice to Have:

• Proficiency in Korean language

This position will be hired under a third-party contract
