Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated, proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administration Specialist to join our Business Controlling Team.
The role will support Sales Administration management activities, contributing to data collection, analysis and reporting, while working closely with Sales and Finance to ensure accuracy, consistency and timely execution.
Role and Responsibilities:
Your Key Responsibilities:
Support Sales Administration Manager in Agents’ Contracts planning and formalization.
Management of monthly accrual and payment of agents’ commissions.
Support Sales and Finance teams during monthly closing activities (Agencies oriented).
Assists the Sales Administration Manager in Sales Deductions reports (annual plan, forecast and review-agencies oriented).
Performs periodic reconciliations of the relevant accounts and updates Finance department with any useful information in order to ensure a proper accrual and payments. (Agencies oriented)
Customer master data update.
Checks credit notes and Co Ad invoices, in compliance with commercial agreements. (MX customers/ All SEI agencies).
Support Sales teams decision-making with data analysis, also support the Sales force with a detailed analysis on sales and business performance.
Check and calculation of SIAE Contribution.
Skills and Qualifications
What we need for this role
To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and attributes:
Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Excel and interest in data analysis.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Employment through a Labour Agency temporary contract.
Start date: March / April 2026.
