Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Head of CE DA Dealer Sales is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, market share, and profitability of Digital Appliances through nationwide dealer channels in Thailand. This role leads dealer sales strategy, execution excellence, and partner capability development, ensuring strong alignment between commercial objectives, product direction, and market dynamics.The position requires a seasoned sales leader with deep understanding of Thailand’s dealer ecosystem, strong people leadership capability, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-changing, highly competitive consumer electronics environment.
Role and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
1.
Dealer Sales Strategy & Business Leadership:
- Define and execute nationwide dealer sales strategies for Digital Appliances in alignment with overall CE business objectives.
- Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability across all dealer segments.
- Translate business targets into clear sales priorities, execution plans, and KPIs for regional and dealer sales teams.

Dealer Channel Management & Development:
- Lead and develop strong partnerships with key dealers to ensure long-term, mutually beneficial growth.
- Oversee dealer segmentation, coverage models, and resource allocation to maximize channel effectiveness.
- Drive dealer capability development, including sales execution, product knowledge, and in-store standards.

Sales Execution & Performance Management:
- Own sales performance management, including sell-in, sell-out, inventory health, and promotion effectiveness.
- Monitor market conditions, competitive activity, and dealer feedback to proactively adjust strategies.
- Ensure disciplined forecasting, target setting, and performance tracking across all dealer channels.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Management, Trade Marketing, SCM, Finance, and Service teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Align product launches, promotions, pricing strategies, and supply planning with dealer needs and market demand.
- Act as a key voice of the dealer channel internally, providing insights to influence product and business decisions.

Team Leadership & Organization Development:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing dealer sales organization.
- Build a performance-driven culture with clear accountability, ownership, and execution discipline.
- Drive talent development, succession planning, and organizational capability building.
6.
Governance & Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing discipline, and channel governance frameworks.
Manage business risks related to inventory, credit, and channel conflict in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales or commercial leadership roles within consumer electronics, home appliances, or FMCG industries.
- Proven track record in leading dealer or distributor sales operations at a national or large-regional level.
- Strong understanding of Thailand’s dealer landscape, retail operations, and competitive dynamics.
- Experience managing large sales teams and complex channel structures is essential.
