Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

Organizing SCM dayPrepare materials of a meeting in which critical supply and demand issues, sales Dashboard, AP1~AP2 Consensus, AP1/AP2 Forecast accuracy and PSI issues are discussed and the management can make quick decisions.**Master plan operation **Performs planning to secure sales and production visibility through improvement and stabilization of logic that provides RTF (Return To Forecast).

3. Solving current issue of supply chain operation Analyzes problems in the supply chain by managing mid- to long-term demand and resources in advance in order to establish optimal supply chain.

4. SCM (Supply Chain Management) master data managementProvides materials in order to manage initial ramp-up and launch of each model, and efficiently allocate and manage resources considering PLC (Product Life Cycle).

5. Optimization of supplier location Prepares supply strategies and quantity allocation focusing on profit and loss by analyzing competitiveness of the supplier location (lead time, logistics cost, custom tariff, material cost, etc.).

1. Stock management Performs stock management with consideration for lead time of each region in order to prevent aging stock.

2. P/O Operation Runs manual P/O process only for JDM shipments reflecting resource availability and based on sales subsidiary’s demand forecast.

3. Inventory management Performs all the activities and processes related to maintain the appropriate inventory level in minimizing the inventory carrying cost and at the same time maximizing the sales opportunity; Manages aging inventory (Over 60 days) within 3.5% of on-hand (the inventory exceeding 120 days should be zero.); Downgrades non-sellable aging stocks or requests Logistics team to scrap them if needed.

4. Free of Charge Order managementHandles FOC orders which are certain business transactions in the company such as offering of gifts, donations, complementary samples and sponsorships by cooperating with Sales Order Desk (SOD) and Logistics team for delivery of goods with FOC orders.

5. Inter-subsidiary Sales Order management Handles inter-subsidiary business transactions, which take place between two subsidiaries (company codes) belong to one organization; checks stock availability; gives a quotation to ordering company after checking P/L with PM; receives PO from ordering company; cooperates with Legal team to prepare a sales contract between two subsidiaries; cooperates with Sales Order Desk (SOD) team and Logistics team for delivery of goods.

6. Product allocation by customerimplements “execution according to plan” by complying with principle of “No Forecast No Allocation,” and improves forecast accuracy and order fill rate through such execution; strengthens links amongst processes of demand forecasting, allocation, order management, and delivery.

7. Weekly/Monthly report support to BMPrepares a weekly/monthly report in Korean to support BM by checking general business status such as monthly sales, sell-out, sell-out achievement rate, aging inventory, PSI, M/S.. etc.

8. Report on KPIs Prepares a weekly report on all KPIs by AP1/AP2/Global/S.E.A to check operation status regularly and to improve bad KPI if any.

· Strong organizational & responsive problem-solving skills

· Experience working in a local / remote collaborative team environment

· Strong proficiency in Excel & other MS Office programs

· Vietnamese proficiency preferred
