As the Product Marketing Manager handling our Audio/Visual Products, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our product’s market coverage & portfolio by developing and executing a comprehensive product line-up operation plan. You will be responsible for driving sales growth while minimizing loss, by managing the product lifecycle, creating relevance of the product to the market and developing pricing & promotion strategies to meet the target sales for the product.
Role and Responsibilities:
Your roles and responsibilities includes, but is not limited to:
- Line-up management Oversee the development and management of the line-up portfolio plan and efficiency improvement efforts and market issue response.
- Launch management Manage the product/service launch timeline setting by analyzing the new model's target quantity and its profit and loss, and by working with the corporate marketing department.
- Strategic management Develop and execute key strategies & programs for each product category/segment tailor fit to the current market needs & emerging trends.
- Pricing operation Devise the pricing operation strategy of each segment and model.
- Promotion operation Develop effective programs for each segment fit for the target market depending on the applicable channel.
- Discontinuation management Manage the plans to minimize the leftover materials when a product is to be discontinued by setting appropriate discontinuation timeline and plans to utilize the leftover materials
- Product life cycle management Manage the product lifecycle, from market research, go to market plan, demand forecast, supply planning, P&L, etc.
Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder of Management or Marketing
- Minimum 6 years relevant work experience as a Brand Manager or Product Marketing Manager, working in the FMCG or Electronics industry
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with ability to create an engaging storytelling presentation
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present, persuade, and negotiate with key internal and external decision-makers
- Has the ability to manage stakeholders from different levels
- Has the ability to analyze data, derive insights, create solutions, and solve problems should they arise
- Be willing to work on-site at Mc Kinley Hill, Taguig
