Samsung Electronics Baltics is one of 16 Samsung Electronics Sales subsidiaries in Europe. We are looking for a strategic and creative PR Project Manager to build and maintain a positive public image for our brand while fostering strong relationships with media and key stakeholders.

We offer 2800-3300 EUR gross salary and variable quarterly bonus to the maximum of 70% of the quarterly basic monthly gross salary (up to 5880 – 6930 Eur gross per quarter) based on sales results and individual KPI execution. In addition to a fair remuneration, we ensure additional benefits like Samsung smartphone with all expenses covered, health insurance, daily lunch allowance, e-learning opportunities, and more.

Role and Responsibilities:

What will you do?

  • Support the process of creating, managing and executing company’s general PR strategy in all three Baltic countries, based on Samsung’s global corporate principles and Samsung Electronics Baltics goals
  • Develop PR strategy for Company’s product sales campaigns in alignment with product marketing strategy
  • Manage PR activities both, internally and externally, and in close cooperation with Product and Marketing teams
  • Manage media relations, including press releases, interviews, and media events
  • Create reports, analyse the performance of campaigns to provide continuous expertise for improvements
  • Report to local and global management in close cooperation with Regional and Global headquarters
  • Collaborate closely with Public Relation Manager, Marketing Project Managers, Product Managers, Media and Creative agencies, and other key players

Skills and Qualifications

What we expect from you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, or another related field

  • At least 5 years of experience in Public Relations, Internal/external communication and campaign management

  • Ability to set, create and implement communication strategy, apply global strategies and content according to local market needs and achieve measurable results

  • Exceptional project management skills, with a keen eye for detail

  • Strong understanding of media landscape and excellent media relations skills.

  • Good writing and storytelling skills, ability to draft compelling messages and adapt/align them based on the existing PR materials

  • Ability to work under pressure, change direction when required and work on a range of projects at the same time

  • Strong communication skills with excellent presentation and report writing capabilities

  • Fluency in English and Latvian
