Position Summary

In your role as a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler you'll be responsible for designing, monitoring, and optimizing the schedule for production support. The role ensures that all preventive, corrective, and reliability‑centered maintenance work is planned, staffed, and executed with minimal disruption.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Developing maintenance schedules, generating work orders, and optimizing resource allocation to minimize downtime and impact on production

• Creating, updating, and managing work orders, ensuring that they are accurate, complete, and properly assigned

• Ensuring that necessary parts, tools, and documentation are available before work is initiated

• Working with maintenance technicians, production supervisors, and other departments to schedule work and address any issues

• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance efficiency and equipment reliability.

Skills and Qualifications

Here's what you'll need:

• B.S. in Industrial Engineering or related field

• Semiconductor experience preferred.

• Skilled in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CMMS

• Flexible and team oriented

• Requires a combination of relevant experience in maintenance, engineering, or a related field

• 2-year minimum experience in a Maintenance department

• 3+ years of experience in an Engineering environment

• Must possess required knowledge and be able to explain and demonstrate, with or without reasonable accommodations, that the essential functions of the job can be performed.

The current base salary range for this role is between $70,480 and $126,860. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
