Position Summary
We are looking for a new B2B Senior Key Account Manager for Consumer Electronics to join our team. They would be responsible for driving profitable growth, market expansion and long-term strategic partnerships within B2B segment for TV and Domestic Appliances. The role focuses on key account development, projects acquisition and strategic pipeline management across Residential and Construction vertical and Hospitality groups.
Role and Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & business Development
- Identify, develop and close large scale B2B projects (tenders)
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with clear opportunity tracking and forecasting
- Expand presence within hospitality, residential and construction verticals.
Strategic Account Management
- Develop and execute structured account plans for key enterprise customers, position Samsung as key tech partner
- Negotiate commercial agreements and long term Business Opportunities agreements
Solution Selling & Project Management
- Lead consultative sales approach focused on business outcomes (AI, digital transformation and connectivity, customer engagement, energy efficiency)
- Coordinate pre-sales technical teams and partners to design end to end solutions
- Support tender preparation, pricing strategy and project documentation preparation
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Analyze competitive landscape, pricing trends and emerging technologies in B2B
- Provide structured feedback to product management and regional teams regarding market needs
- Contribute to yearly business planning and growth strategic initiatives
Forecasting Discipline
- Maintain accurate forecast and project pipeline visibility
- Manage project pricing to protect long term profitability and Brand value
- Ensure alignment between demand planning and project timeline
Partner & Ecosystem development
- Develop strong relationships with residential investors, construction companies, architects and technology partners
- Drive joint One Samsung B2B Center of Excellence go-to-market initiatives
- Represent the Company at trade fairs and industry events
Additional responsibilities
- Execute additional tasks as assigned by direct manager
Skills and Qualifications
Qualification/Experience
- University degree
- Minimum 5 years of relevant B2B sales experience
- Proven track record in managing enterprise accounts and complex projects
- Experience in tender process
- High level of commercial and financial accumen
- Driver's licence B category
