For our business unit Business Innovation we are looking for a committed and motivated person as
SCM Specialist (m/w/d)
Location: Eschborn

Role and Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Strategy: Conducting PSI and Forecast behavior analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop corresponding actions.
• Operation Risk Sensing: Monitoring SCM, RM KPIs to proactively address potential issue.
• Customer Collaboration: Building strong partnerships with customers to better understand their needs and tailor supply chain solutions accordingly.
• SCM Process/Project Management: Overseeing SCM processes and projects to achieve management target including ROI analysis.
• Global System Monitoring & Support (GSCM, NERP): Providing support for global systems used in the supply chain and ensuring their smooth operation.
• Regular Audit F/U (including HQ Audit) related to SCM

Skills and Qualifications

• Fluent German and English language skills

• Excel Poweruser (Speed with Accuracy) experience

• First experience in Innovation / SCM related work field

• Good knowledge of SAP SD / MM & Supply Chain management

• Strong analytical skills to understand complex supply chain dynamics and develop effective solutions.

• Knowledge of supply chain management principles, best practices, and emerging trends.

• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with different stakeholders.

• Proficiency in using advanced technologies and tools to analyze data, simulate scenarios, and make informed decisions.

• Demonstrated project management skills to drive initiatives from concept to execution.

• Commitment to continuous learning and adaptation in response to ever-changing market conditions.
