Position Summary
Ready to drive commercial growth in one of the most dynamic B2B technology markets? As a B2B Key Account Manager Notebook Benelux, you will play a key role in expanding Samsung’s laptop and business across the Benelux region. From our Schiphol office, you work with leading organizations and partners to unlock new opportunities and strengthen Samsung’s position in the B2B market.
Role and Responsibilities
How you make a difference In this role, you are responsible for driving the success of Samsung’s Notebook portfolio in the B2B market within SMB and key verticals such as Healthcare, Government/Public, Trade & Logistics, Finance & Insurance, Retail and Industry.
You act as the Notebook specialist within the B2B organization, working closely with vertical sales teams, partners and end customers. By understanding customer needs and translating them into relevant solutions, you help position Samsung’s laptops within both new and existing accounts.
At the same time, you contribute to building a strong partner ecosystem of resellers, operators and strategic partners across the Benelux. Through close collaboration and a strong commercial focus, you identify opportunities, support complex deals and help accelerate the growth of Samsung’s B2B Notebookbusiness.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving business growth (40%)• Achieve revenue targets and drive growth for the Notebook category.

Sell In forecasting and sell out achievement

Develop and execute strategic account and vertical growth plans.

Generate new opportunities through demand generation and market insights.

Acquisition of new vertical accounts (30%)• Identify and win new key accounts within targeted vertical markets.

Build compelling value propositions and manage opportunities from prospecting to close.

Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Channel, Bid Desk) to deliver the right customer solutions.

Development of SMB and channel partners (30%)• Position Samsung’s B2B Notebook portfolio with resellers and operators.

Build and expand strategic relationships with customers and partners, including C-level stakeholders.

Enable partners through training, joint activities and solution positioning.

Act as the primary contact for your accounts and manage escalations when needed.
Your team As a B2B Key Account Manager Notebook Benelux, you will join the B2B Mobile division, a team of 21 professionals with 5 direct colleagues based at our Schiphol office. You will report to the Sales Manager B2B Benelux and work closely with colleagues. In this role, you will also be responsible for the Belgium part of the business, which means you will travel to Belgium approximately once a month to attend sales meetings or participate in final customer meetings when needed. The team is energetic, commercial and collaborative, with a strong focus on impact, growth and achieving results together.
What are your assets As our new B2B Key Account Manager Notebook Benelux, you bring a strong customer focus and always aim to reach and overachieve targets and meet or exceed customer expectations. You work well with others and enjoy collaborating with colleagues and partners to achieve shared goals. With your business insight, you clearly explain the value of Samsung’s B2B solutions and position them strongly in competitive markets. Thanks to your strong communication, account management and time management skills, you engage stakeholders effectively and build long-term customer relationships.
We also request:
- A completed bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commercial Economics, International Business or a related commercial field.
- At least 5–8 years of successful experience managing Notebooks in a growing business environment with strong solution and product knowledge and understanding of customer needs.
- Proven ownership and entrepreneurial mindset in driving and managing the Notebook Category.
- Experience in developing market entry strategies, understanding vertical market drivers, and managing sales opportunities, pipelines and targets within a defined segment.
- A strong network within the business, connecting with stakeholders from C-level to IT decision-makers, with good understanding of their needs, business models and relevant partners in the segment.
- Native Dutch and professional proficiency in English.
- Skilled in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).

- Salary range: €5.565, - – €6.956, - gross per month, based on a 40-hour contract and depending on experience and qualifications.
