Position Summary

1. Prepare the resources related to the product production with the pre-checking, and provide supply on time, thus contributing to meeting sales delivery schedules and maximizing sales. 2. Maximize factory operation rates by setting the optimal production plan and line management plan.
2. Establish investment plans by forecasting mid- to long-term future demand and manage them for each period, thus running optimum resource management.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Production resource check and production planning Prepares setting efficient production plans by checking resources such as material, manpower, production capacity, and etc.

2. Demand forecast and manufacturing management planning Prepares setting manufacturing management plans for responding to fluctuations in demand forecast.

3. Fulfillment of production deadline and timely supply Prepares providing supply on time by meeting the deadline with consideration for the demand priorities and relieving constraints on production conditions.

4. Investment execution management Prepares line setup progress management including establishing investment plan and its execution, bringing in necessary equipment and managing needed schedule(date) for mass production.

Skills and Qualifications

• Develops professional expertise by complying with company policies and procedures

• Works on problems of moderate scope where analyzing situations or data requires a review on various factors

• Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action

• Normally receives general instructions on routine work with detailed instructions on new projects or assignments

• Generally requires a bachelor's degree with a minimum 2 years related experience, or advanced degree without experience
