Position Summary

  1. Maximize the marketing impact by developing the new product's integrated communication strategy and marketing KPI in accordance with the business and product strategy. 2. Promote continued marketing communication by providing consistent goals and marketing directions to related marketing departments(PR, digital, media, campaigns and etc.)

Role and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Works closely with the Business Leaders & Head of Product Marketing to develop Business Plan (including short and long-range marketing strategy, launch plans) to maximize brand pull
  • Manage and share key message with key stakeholders to ensure alignment all communication channels and materials
  • Manage and coordinate any outside agencies & vendors
  • Record, track and follow the budget. If new opportunities arise, or unseen expenses are incurred then a revised budget should be proposed for possible adoption
  • Able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple competing high visibility tasks and deadlines
  • Conduct analysis and periodical reviews of the brand, competitive, category, customer and consumer trends to enhance the brand’s equity and marketplace performance.
  • Collaborate with MI. Identify research objectives, information requirements, and scope for market research support. Also responsible to provide research stimulus materials i.e. concept board, STB & script, animatic
  • Ensure brand strategies for the brand that aligns with global business plan.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management /direct supervisor

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experienced professional with full understanding on specialized areas; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways

  • Works on problems of diverse scope where analyzing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions

  • Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments

  • Typically requires minimum 5 years' of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience
