Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a senior product manager who will focus on preparation of go-to-market plans for our new product launches, namely tablets, wearables and mobile accessories. You will take a full ownership of the product lifecycle based on your analysis of market environment, sales trends, competitive products and marketing promotions. You can look forward to cooperating with virtually the whole company: European and global headquarters (Suwon, Korea) as well as local marketing, sales, finance and service teams.

How will your day look like?

Go-To-Market planning:

• Analyzing the market environment, sales trends and competitors’ products

• Participating in the creation of internal sales targets and preparation of sufficient volume of products for the market (sell-in, sell-out)

• Cooperating with sales & marketing team and preparing marketing materials for business partners

Product Life Cycle management:

• Analyzing current sales trends and marketing promotions in the market

• Preparing promotions according to set objectives (market share, turnover)

• Optimization of inventory, EOP management and pricing management

Market share:

• Monitoring market developments and competitors’ products and brands

• Product mix simulation based on the current situation and future forecasts

• Reporting results to the product and sales team

Demand Planning:

• Cooperating with supply chain and demand planning teams

• Responsibility for sell-in and sell-out forecasting and channel inventory management

• Monitoring internal KPIs (forecast accuracy, WOS, etc.)

Skills and Qualifications

What do we expect from you?

• You are a senior product manager with latest product knowledge and solid understanding of market trends and competitors’ models

• You speak and write Slovak fluently and have a communicative level of English

• You are a highly independent person who is able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams in an international environment

• You are proactive and enjoy taking initiative instead of waiting for somebody to give you tasks and instructions

• You have an ownership mindset: You own the product (lifecycle) from product planning through launch and beyond

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in order to present new product launches inside and outside of the company

The minimum fixed salary starts from 2600 EUR / month (gross). The final fixed monthly salary will be adjusted according to your individual skills and experience.
