For our business unit Business Innovation we are looking for a committed and motivated person as
Specialist (m/f/d) Logistic Strategy & Network – Korean fluency
Location: Eschborn near Frankfurt

Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement logistics network strategies to optimize supply chain performance
• Analyze logistics data to drive cost savings and operational improvements
• Conduct network modeling and simulations to evaluate optimization scenarios
• Manage and optimize transportation, inventory, and warehousing flows
• Collaborate with internal and external partners for seamless operations
• Monitor KPIs and costs to ensure network efficiency and effectiveness
• Identify and drive process improvements and digitalization/automation initiatives
• Support change management for network adjustments
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
• Stay ahead of industry trends, technologies, and market movements

Skills and Qualifications

• Multiple years of experience in Logistics Network Optimization, Project/Cost Management, or SCM operations

• Strong expertise in logistics planning, network design, and cost control (Direct-to-Customer logistics is a plus)Solid knowledge of SCM principles and best practices

• University degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics

• Proficient in SAP SD/MM and supply chain systems, familiar with TMS/WMS or other relevant logistics software

• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proactive, reliable, and solution-driven

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities

• Comfortable working in a multicultural environment

• Mandatory languages: Korean & English: Fluent, German: Intermediate
