Position Summary

The key objectives include overseeing comprehensive employee orientation and integration, ensuring training participation and learning hour documentation, maintaining compliance through document submission, enhancing employer branding, fostering employee engagement, and managing creative and communication efforts for the People Group and business units.

Role and Responsibilities

  1. Engagement Activities & Communication (50%)
  • Lead and coordinate engagement activities.

  • Design and produce creative materials for the People Group Communication.

  • Manage and oversee the People Group communication channels.

  1. Employer Branding (30%)
  • Develop and curate employer branding content for LinkedIn, specifically tailored for Samsung Thailand.
  1. Learning & Development (20%)
  • Oversee the comprehensive orientation process, encompassing buddy programs for new employees.

  • Document learning hours for both onsite and online training sessions within the system.

  • Submit required documentation to the Department of Skill Development.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in human resources, internal communications, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of working experiences.

  • Background in graphic design or visual arts.
