Position Summary

We are currently seeking a motivated, positive and enthusiastic young individual to join our People Team as a Learning & Development Support. The internship lasting 6 months initially with possibility to extend by additional 6 months is a perfect opportunity for individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in the field of training and develop their skills in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Role and Responsibilities

The successful Learning & Development Intern will support the Learning & Development function in the design, coordination and delivery of training initiatives aimed at developing employees’ skills and supporting business performance.

Working closely with the Learning & Development Manager, the intern will contribute to the organization of training programs, learning events and internal development initiatives, gaining exposure to the full training cycle: planning, coordination, delivery support and follow-up.

More specifically:

· Support the organization and scheduling of training sessions (internal and external).

· Assist in coordinating logistics such as meeting invitations, training rooms, participant lists and materials.

· Help manage training calendars and internal communications related to learning initiatives.

· Assist in the preparation of training materials, presentations and learning resources.

· Support the implementation of internal learning initiatives such as workshops, learning pills or development programs.

· Deliver short presentations / training sessions, under supervisor’s guidance.

· Collaborate with different departments to collect training needs and feedback.

· Maintain and update training records and attendance reports.

· Support the monitoring of training participation and completion rates.

· Assist in preparing training reports and basic analysis on learning activities.

· Help promote learning initiatives through internal communication channels.

· Contribute to improving the employee learning experience by gathering feedback and suggestions.

What we need for this role

To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration or related fields.

Fluent English (written and spoken).

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Interest and attitude towards various IT systems usage / Good level of IT Literacy

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Curiosity, motivation, analytical thinking, precision, problem solving

Team-oriented mindset
