Position Summary
Are you a relationship-driven sales professional who thrives on independence and flexibility? As an Audio Visual Account Manager at Samsung Belgium, you’ll be on the road building meaningful partnerships with local customers, growing existing accounts, and spotting new opportunities—while representing one of the world’s most innovative brands.
Role and Responsibilities
How You Make a Difference
In this role as Audio Visual Account Manager at Samsung in Belgium, you will not be focusing on large chains, but rather on smaller customers. You will therefore spend a large part of your time on the road, trying to build genuine relationships with your customers. These customers are often busy during the day and are more accessible in the evening hours, for example. This role offers a great deal of freedom, but also requires a considerable amount of flexibility on your part. Most of your time will be spent maintaining and expanding existing relationships, but about 30% of your time will be spent acquiring new customers.
In addition, you will attend relevant trade fairs and/or events to provide information about our products and to maintain good relations with your customers. You will be responsible for sales forecasting and managing sales information. You will also research competitors and come up with suggestions for improving our processes.
You will be working in a team of four people, including yourself. Your region covers Limburg, Flemish Brabant, and part of Antwerp.

Sales figures of assigned product portfolio

Creates clear sales reports (weekly, quarterly, half yearly or yearly) of the sales process, status and forecast for the following period, within the rules and regulations of the company, in order to have full insight in to the sales process.

Works and communicates efficiently with sales team of the division and other departments

Ensure that the sales budget of the division is spent on focused and agreed items according to the guidelines of the company.

For this role of Audio Visual Account Manager, we are looking for someone with excellent communication and social skills. You are sociable and able to build good relationships with your customers. You have a good, healthy work ethic and are willing to work evenings or weekends when necessary.
Of course, you have commercial drive and are results-oriented. Together with the team, you do everything you can to achieve your goals. You are entrepreneurial, recognize opportunities, and take the right actions to seize them.

Completed bachelor's degree

Excellent proficiency in Dutch, good knowledge of French and English.

Affinity with the Samsung brand and our audio-visual products

A valid driver’s license (category B)

Highly organized, flexible, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
