Position Summary
Samsung Electronics Ukraine is opening the vacancy of CRM Loyalty Manager in Kyiv.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead CRM database reengagement initiatives focused on loyalty and customer lifecycle optimization.
- Support and deliver flagship CRM campaigns, including performance tracking and reporting.
- Provide general reporting support across CRM activities, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
- Plan, set up and update automated trigger campaigns (e.g., ABB, Welcome).
- Manage database recovery campaigns across CEJ, Sustain, Churn, and Trigger segments.
- Develop and execute strategies for dormant base reactivation and opt-out audiences (one-time contact activities).
- Support Members App activities, including community management, offers, push notifications, content section planning, banners, Stars program and engagement flows.
- Assess and contribute to potential SOW expansions where relevant: manage CRM-related activities and push notifications for Smart Things App and Samsung Health App; coordinate CRM initiatives for special segments (EPP, Students); support Rewards program planning and execution.
What we need for this role
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- 3+ year of relevant experience (CRM Manager, lifecycle or retention marketing Specialist) in big company
- B2 Eng is a must
- Ability to build dashboards & reporting (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, Excel)
- excellent managerial and communication skills, high responsibility level and attention to details
- completed high education in Marketing or equivalent
