Job Summary

  • This role focuses on ensuring operational excellence and compliance in Back Office Operations, including E&R Agreement/Tracking, NCP, and CEPA, while monitoring KPIs and volumes to maintain accuracy and implement improvement plans. The position involves implementing new processes, systems, and projects with proper documentation and compliance, as well as reviewing supplier compliance with forecasts. Additionally, the role requires acting as a liaison for Buffer Management and leading WBR to maintain supplier contract compliance. In customer quality management, the responsibilities include ensuring and improving quality competitiveness, resolving quality incidents, managing quality-related costs, handling customer approvals, and maintaining customer information in the Samsung CRM tool. This position is critical in driving operational efficiency and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Areas of Responsibilities in this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring operational performance and process compliance for Back Office Operations (E&R Agreement/Tracking; NCP; CEPA, etc.).
  • Monitoring KPIs and volumes (daily and weekly), ensuring the accuracy of information and implementing an improvement plan when necessary.
  • Implementing new processes/systems/projects, ensuring documentation and compliance in their implementation.
  • Reviewing/auditing supplier compliance with forecasts for Back Office Operations.
  • Acting as a liaison for Buffer Management, signaling the need for operations aimed at proportionality of exchange x reimbursement.
  • Leading the WBR, maintaining supplier contract compliance and escalating when necessary.
  • Participating in activities to ensure and improve the competitiveness of the company and its customers' quality, and communicate with them for quality management.
  • Solving problems by analyzing defects related to customer requests, discovering the root cause and defining measures to respond to these situations.
  • Establishing strategies and operate processes related to minimizing quality cost risk (accessories and product buffer/compensation/RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), etc.)
  • Carrying out approvals within the stipulated period by establishing strategies for critical issues (document approval, change points, audits, etc.) that require customer approval.
  • Ensuring that all information and agreements shared with the customer are recorded in the Samsung CRM tool.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields
  • Solid experience in Back Office Operations (BPO) and/or BPO management
  • Language Proficiency: English (basic conversation and reading skills required)
