For our business unit Mobile Experience we are looking for a committed and motivated person as
Head of Commercial Management Tablet & Wearable (m/w/d)
Location: Eschborn
Role and Responsibilities:
Your tasks:
- Overall, lead for the steering of MX NCME (tablet & waerable) business and responsible for Planning and Performance tracking across NCME categories and channels
- Actively develop the planning and in-quarter commercial process in alignment with Smartphone category to ensure target achievement rate, efficient and fast decision making and implementation and best-in class analytics and decision support
- Define, analyze and track channel performance and most relevant KPIs against the plan, identify risks and opportunities for individual products/channels
- Lead and provide technical guidance to the NCME Commercial Management Team
- Develop and implement commercial processes, including IT infrastructure and analytics
- Participate in strategic decisions for NCME categories within the leadership team
- Plan and manage NCME business activities, including integration of B2B and D2C
- Develop growth strategies, marketing plans, and promotion calendars
- Track performance, analyze KPIs, and provide optimization recommendations
- Prepare reports and support projects for process improvement and IT integration.
Skills and Qualifications
Your skills and experience:

5+ years in multinational organizations, focusing on P&L or business performance management.

Commercial/analytical experience in consumer electronics or related industries; consulting background is a plus.

Proven ability to lead high-performing teams in virtual, international environments.

Strong analytical skills and experience with planning processes involving multiple stakeholders.

Proficient in analytical tools, planning, and simulation; experienced in handling large datasets.

Independent, goal-oriented, and resilient with a structured problem-solving approach.

Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
-
Fluent in English and German; Korean is optional.
-
University degree in business, economics, or technical field (preferably with statistics/data analytics background).
