Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced UX Researcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in UX research, a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations. Additionally, a keen interest in understanding and following the latest advancements in AI is highly desirable. This role will contribute to shaping impactful digital experiences for our users.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Conduct data-driven research studies (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing) to understand user needs and behaviors.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify key insights and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, product managers) to define research goals and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Create and present research findings in a clear and compelling manner to stakeholders.
  • Support the creation of prototypes and design solutions based on research insights (Figma experience is a plus).
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX research, design, and AI advancements.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Design, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of hands-on experience in UX research roles.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and research techniques.
  • Proficiency in conducting qualitative and quantitative research, including the ability to read, analyze, and interpret data effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Interest in understanding and following the latest advancements in AI.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with prototyping or designing in Figma or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of Agile or Lean UX methodologies.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, or Google Analytics).
  • Experience working in the tech industry or with digital products.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A solid understanding of AI concepts and its applications in UX research and design, including how AI can enhance user experiences and streamline research processes.
