Position Summary

The Accounts Payable Professional will handle the AP for the organization. This person will make sure that invoices are submitted accurately and timely and include the proper documentation to be paid on time. The AP Professional will review and approve employee expense reimbursements verifying that the correct GL account is used and documentation is attached.

Role and Responsibilities

Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Process vendor invoices including matching PO's and shipping paperwork as needed.

• Process expense reports, verifying general ledger account number, contact vendors for invoice issues/reconcile vendor statements Review and approve incoming invoice submissions.

• Review and approve requests for new vendor registrations including contacting vendors to verbally verify bank information.

• Special projects as assigned such as audit (analysis, research, and confirmations).

Skills and Qualifications

Here's what you'll need:

• Bachelor's Degree and relevant Experience in Accounting/Finance.

• Minimum 3yrs Accounts Payable experience.

• Data entry experience, experience with Microsoft Word, Excel & SAP

• The ability to multitask, function in large corporate setting, exhibit teamwork and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
