About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Product Strategy Manager is a high-impact individual contributor role on the Analytics Cloud Product team. This role is responsible for driving strategic insight, operational rigor, and data-informed decision-making to support the growth and execution of the Analytics Cloud business.

You will partner closely with Product, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to support Long Range Planning (LRP), develop and sustain core business reporting rhythms, and inform go-to-market strategy through analysis and modeling. This role operates at the intersection of strategy and execution, requiring strong analytical judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to influence outcomes without formal authority.

Impact

  • Support Long Range Planning for the Analytics Cloud business through structured reporting, analysis, and financial and operational modeling

  • Own and evolve regular business performance reporting and operating rhythms (e.g., Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews), ensuring leadership has clear visibility into progress against targets

  • Partner with Product, Finance, Sales, and Marketing to support go-to-market strategy through analytical insights, scenario modeling, and business case development

  • Lead analysis into the state of the business, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities, and translating findings into clear recommendations for senior leadership

  • Perform ad-hoc analyses across multiple data sets and tools, including customer segmentation, pricing and packaging, pipeline and revenue performance, and GTM effectiveness

  • Develop executive-ready presentations and narratives for local and global leadership audiences

  • Build a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and data flows; identify gaps or inefficiencies and recommend improvements to increase data quality and decision effectiveness

  • Drive alignment and momentum on cross-functional initiatives by bringing structure, clarity, and a data-backed perspective to complex, ambiguous problems

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5-7+ years of professional experience, ideally in analytics/strategy/business operations roles

  • Analytical. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail required

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technically Savvy. Experience with Tableau (or similar analytical packages), SQL.

  • Strong Communicator. Excellent spoken and written communications as well as receptive listening skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Collaborator. Ability to connect business requirements to functional application capabilities quickly and assess the appropriate relevance of incorporating different product technologies to business problems; ability to learn new applications and technologies.

  • Curious. Self-directed work style; thrives at being resourceful and has a strong work ethic

  • Organized. Highly organized with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Why You’ll Love This Role:

  • You’ll operate at the center of the Analytics Cloud business, shaping how leaders understand performance, make tradeoffs, and plan for the future

  • You’ll work on high-visibility initiatives, including Long Range Planning, GTM strategy, and executive business reviews

  • You’ll have the opportunity to influence strategy and execution for Salesforce’s Analytics business

  • You’ll collaborate with talented partners across Product, Finance, Sales, and Marketing in a highly data-driven culture

  • You’ll help define and scale the operating rhythms that enable the Analytics Cloud team to execute effectively

Unleash Your Potential:

When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future — but to redefine what’s possible — for yourself, for AI, and the world.
