BDRの1st Line Mgrとして10 -13名のメンバーを牽引いただき、AlignするAEチームのPipegen、ACV、New logo獲得の最大化を目指します。

マネージャーとしてKPI管理や関連部門との折衝はもちろん、弊社のビジネスグロースを大きく牽引している外勤営業を育成して輩出するという非常に大きなミッションがあります。
Responsibilities・チームメンバーの採用、育成、トレーニング、コーチング
・チームメンバーのKPI管理、モチベーション管理、チームパフォーマンスの最大化
・外勤営業マネージャーとの連携(営業戦略の相互理解、アクションプラン策定、レポーティング)
・マーケティングとの連携(効果的なキャンペーンの企画、立案、実行)
・営業企画、他部門との連携(各種プロセス 改善の提案と実行)
・上位マネジメントに対する各種レポーティング
