This role is an individual contributor that requires an experienced professional who can collaborate effectively with a highly matrixed, cross-functional team to deliver programs and campaigns that drive measurable business results. The Partner Marketing Analyst will work closely with stakeholders across Alliances & Channels, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, and the Salesforce Partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Product Marketing to align on product priorities, launches, positioning, and messaging.
  • Help craft and maintain partner narrative and positioning that reflects Salesforce product value and partner capabilities.
  • Actively participate in recurring partner co-marketing calls to align on objectives, joint messaging, metrics, and timelines.

Project Management & Campaign Execution

  • Create and manage event and campaign timelines and detailed project plans to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Support end-to-end execution of partner-led and co-marketed events including registration page creation, event invites, and registration tracking.
  • Conduct post-event and campaign reporting and evaluation to assess performance and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Manage campaign infrastructure, including campaign creation, lead upload, and tracking in partnership with Marketing Operations.
  • Identify risks early and escalate challenges to keep projects moving forward.

Content Development & Promotion

  • Help build co-branded content that highlights joint customer wins and market differentiation.
  • Own and manage social media plans, including crafting compelling social copy and creating visual assets for use in Social Ambassador and company social channels.
  • Promote campaigns, events, and customer wins in both core external Salesforce channels (e.g., 360 Blog, Newsroom) and internal channels (e.g. Slack, newsletters).

Operations, Reporting & Executive Communication

  • Manage operational inputs for campaign and budget management, including purchase requests, Coupa, and Meetingforce.
  • Track and report on campaign and event performance, owning regular activity and engagement reporting.
  • Contribute to executive-facing materials, including: Bi-weekly updates, monthly performance recaps, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).

Required Skills & Experience

  • Product Marketing experience required, including familiarity with Salesforce product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Clear and effective communicator, able to convey goals, requirements, and progress across teams.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
