The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all. Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
About the Role
- The Summer 2026 Intern
- Real Estate Design and Delivery will support and be an important contributor to the Global Real Estate Design and Project Delivery Team. This isn't just a support role; it is a laboratory for the future of work. You will assist with program management, project reporting, and stakeholder communications, while actively exploring how AI can streamline corporate real estate operations. This role provides deep exposure to how large-scale workplace programs are planned, tracked, and delivered across a global portfolio using a modern, tech-forward stack. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and has a strong interest in Project Management, Workplace Design, and the intersection of AI and Corporate Real Estate.
Responsibilities
- Data Integrity & Analysis: Create systems to validate data integrity for each project in Budgetforce (internal Salesforce tool).
- AI Implementation: Experiment with AI-enabled tools to improve team processes. You will find ways to utilize Agents to automate repetitive tasks and improve existing workflows.
- Documentation & Knowledge Management: Use tools like NotebookLM to help audit, organize, and maintain project playbooks and workplace design standards.
- Global Coordination: Maintain weekly project status updates across the global portfolio, ensuring stakeholders are informed and aligned via Slack and automated reporting.
- Reporting & Stakeholder Success: Create project reports and dashboards from Budgetforce and help onboard stakeholders so they can utilize this data in a meaningful way.
- Project Leadership: Manage at least one delivery project from end-to-end, applying AI tools to enhance delivery speed and accuracy.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: A current Sophomore/Rising Junior or Junior/Rising Senior pursuing a BA/BS degree.
- Google Suite Mastery: Proficiency in Google Workspace, specifically Google Sheets for budget tracking, organization, and complex analytical work (e.g., cleaning Budgetforce exports, flagging data discrepancies, and troubleshooting formulas).
- AI Fluency: Experience using Generative AI tools like Slackbot, ChatGPT or Gemini ecosystems to summarize meetings, draft communications, and accelerate research.
- Communication Stack: Proactive and professional communication skills within Slack and via written reports.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot "data ghosts" or errors in financial reporting.
- Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting expertise and the ability to work proactively with management and cross-functional teams.
