About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
We are looking for an experienced, passionate, deeply curious and self-driven Product Architect to add depth to the product management team and to lead the product architecture and conceptual validation of our vision for the cross-cloud "common layer" that powers applications across the Salesforce portfolio. This role is central to defining the common product layer-the primitives, patterns, semantics, and reusable capabilities that will power AI-driven applications across the entire Salesforce ecosystem.
We are in need of someone who has an innate ability to drive product prioritization based on knowledge of Salesforce and Generative AI capabilities. The ideal candidate will be an individual contributor working across the product portfolio in a highly complex matrix environment. From a breadth perspective you should be comfortable driving cross-functional organizational alignment across groups such as Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Support. From a depth perspective, you should be comfortable rolling up your sleeves to dig into long-standing product gaps, deeply understanding the problem space and driving strategic and architectural decisions for the future success of our products. The team has conceptualized and/or delivered complex projects including: employee service, service excellence, IT service management, list creation based on data cloud and other agentic applications.
This is a senior IC role operating in a highly matrixed environment where influence, clarity of thinking, and architectural judgement are essential.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with other Product Managers, Engineering, other UX, Marketing, Sales, Operations and Support on product and program implementations.
- Drive the release process and technical feasibility of product requirements from individual PMs and release planning documents.
- Present product capabilities, vision, value propositions, and roadmap briefings to cross functional teams.
- Drive alignment and presenting product plans across all levels of the organizations including senior executives.
- Finally, you'll be part of conversations across Salesforce about the evolution of our platform and products to create the future of AI driven apps.
- Translating complex problems into productized abstractions
- Rationalizing overlapping capabilities across orgs
- Defining reusable modules that power multiple products.
Essential Skills
- 15+ years in enterprise architecture, 10-12+ years in product management and a solid understanding of Product Management practices.
- Strong and proven expertise in enterprise architecture and application design
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform primitives, Data Cloud, metadata, Agentforce/AI, and multi-surface product patterns (Web, Slack, Mobile).
- Developed collaborative interpersonal communication skills, including verbal, written and listening communications.
- You love the doing and the process, but you are all about results. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage expectations and customer demands.
- You naturally look for ways to grow a product and are not afraid to investigate new opportunities.
- You're able to show a vision of the future and bring people along.
