About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword — it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all. Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place!

Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce. Join the "Run TMC" team (Trademark, Marketing, and Copyright)! We are a high-performing, deeply collaborative, and small-but-mighty group of legal professionals—a tight-knit squad that balances high-stakes legal work with a supportive, inclusive culture that celebrates innovation and ingenuity.

About the Role

As a Senior Trademark & Marketing Paralegal, you will be a cornerstone of our global practice. This is not just a support role—it is an opportunity to manage complex, high-stakes projects and help shape the legal operational framework for a global leader in AI. You will work at the heart of our most exciting initiatives, from global trademark policing to the legal nuances of the latest marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Project Leadership: Help drive projects from inception to completion, determining the best use of resources to meet ambitious goals and global schedules.
  • Global Trademark Management: Support all aspects of our global trademark prosecution and policing practice, including managing relationships with outside counsel and internal business partners.
  • Evidence & Enforcement: Lead evidence collection efforts for trademark and marketing matters and support online and registry enforcement actions.
  • Marketing & Creative Review: Perform preliminary reviews of marketing content and claims, sweepstakes, and contest rules for compliance with legal and company requirements.
  • Contract Lifecycle Management: Handle the end-to-end process, from template creation, to negotiation, and execution with a focus on releases and content use.
  • Operational Excellence: Innovate by creating and refining legal processes and maintaining highly organized, tech-forward document repositories.
  • AI Adoption: Serve as a team champion for adopting AI and agentic technologies to transform and streamline legal workflows.
  • Proactive Issue Spotting: Identify non-obvious legal issues and proactively manage risks that could impact brand value or organizational operations.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven Track Record: Significant experience in global trademark prosecution and policing, ideally with a background that includes both top-tier law firms and in-house roles at a large, global tech company.
  • Substantive Expertise: Deep knowledge of trademark and marketing law. Experience with technology transactions, IP licensing, domain name enforcement, and consumer protection is highly desirable.
  • Organization and Time-Management: Exceptional organizational skills and incredible time management, with a proven ability to simultaneously manage and prioritize a high-volume global docket of trademark prosecution, brand enforcement, and marketing clearance projects to timely resolution with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Legal Ops Mindset: A passion for improving workflows, implementing automation, and building scalable processes.
  • Exceptional Tech Savviness: You are an early adopter who is excited to experiment with AI tools to drive efficiency and excellence.
  • Collaborative Influencer: A master at building trusted relationships across functional areas and influencing positive outcomes through clear, empathetic communication.

The Way We Work

  • Build Trust: Foster a high-trust environment by acting with integrity and advocating for your teammates.
  • Take Accountability: Ensure critical priorities are met and proactively communicate when project scopes shift.
  • Embrace Change: Approach the evolving legal and tech landscape with curiosity and a positive mindset.
  • Lead from the Front: Use strategic thinking to build compelling cases for your ideas and move the team toward action.
