JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Solution Engineer is responsible for leading the solution throughout the sales cycle and delivering thought leadership to companies to transform their customer's experience.
The Solutions Engineer is an experienced person who works alongside their colleagues, participates in building our team culture and supports their aligned sales team to create solutions for prospects and customers.
To accomplish this, the Solutions Engineer must have a strong desire to set the vision translating business objectives into enticing and actionable recommendations. The Solution Engineer will act as a trusted advisor to our customers while aiding the customer's transformational journey.

  • Propose solutions to customers in various industries:
    Develop solutions to customer's business issues and needs, and assist in planning for future systemization.
    Create and implement customized demos as a concrete image of solutions to key issues
    Preparation of proposals focusing on solution design and implementation plans
  • Preparation of various sales materials:
    Creation of solution maps, industry-specific demos, and proposal templates for each industry based on know-how accumulated through proposal activities
  • Support marketing activities by speaking at seminars and events and conducting demonstrations

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have less than 1 year of work experience
  • Graduation from a four-year college or graduate school
  • Fluent in Japanse
  • Strong inquisitiveness for new technologies
  • Exemplary problem-solving skills and the resourceful ability to take initiative
