本ポジションは、パートナービジネスを通じた売上・パイプライン・リード・導入定着化・コンサンプションを増加させるため、パートナー企業を支援するためのマーケティングプログラムおよびキャンペーンの立案・実行をリードいただきます。社内のステークホルダー（アライアンス、マーケティング、グローバルマーケティングチーム等）と密にコミュニケーションを行い、パートナー企業が効果的にSalesforceの販売活動及び定着を行うことを支援する各種プログラムを通じて、ビジネス目標の達成に貢献いただきます。また、Salesforce エコシステムの拡大成長を支援し、マーケットポジショニングを確立するための仕組みやメッセージング、プログラムの整備・展開をリードいただきます。

• コンサルティングパートナー、SI、再販、テクノロジーパートナーなど様々なパートナー企業とのGTMを加速し、Salesforce パートナーエコシステムとビジネスを成長させるためのマーケティングプログラムの企画・実行

• 多様なパートナー企業と共同でGTM/マーケティングを推進するためのスケールプログラムの企画・実施

• グローバルと連携したパートナーマーケティングプログラムの整備・展開

• パートナー企業とのエンゲージメントを高めるためのイベントおよびキャンペーンの企画・実施

• パートナー企業の販売活動を加速するためのマーケティングアセットやリソース、コミュニケーションの企画・管理

• Salesforce主催コーポレートイベントやコーポレートキャンペーン施策におけるパートナー協業施策およびスポンサーシッププログラムのリード

• パートナー企業との共同ナラティブ、メッセージング、コンテンツの整備・展開およびパートナー企業との効果的な共同ストーリーテリングの支援

• パートナーマーケティング施策におけるリードマネジメント

• 戦略パートナーとのビジネス立ち上げおよび成長を実現するためのマーケティングプログラムの企画・実施

• KPI設定、効果測定と継続的な最適化

• アライアンスチームと連携しアライアンスビジネス戦略・目標の達成に向けたパートナーマーケティング施策の企画・実施

• 日本およびグローバルのマーケティングチームと連携し各種マーケティング施策におけるパートナープレゼンスとビジネスインパクトの最大化

• 予算管理とROIの最適化

• チームメンバーのメンタリングおよび育成支援

必要なスキル・経験

• 12~15年以上のビジネス経験

• 7年以上のSaaS・IT製品のマーケティングまたはパートナービジネス、営業経験

• 多様なステークホルダーと連携し、部門を横断したイニシアチブをリードできるリーダーシップスキル・経験

• ビジネス戦略・目標に基づいて施策を立案・実行し、目標達成した経験

• チームマネジメント経験

• 知的好奇心を持って新しい知識やスキルを学び、常に成長することへの関心

• データに基づく分析と意思決定のスキル

• ビジネス英語
