Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce. You are joining the EMEA Digital Hub in Dublin, specifically supporting the Nordics Small Business team. This is not a standard "demo jockey" role. We are looking for a backfill for a top performer, meaning we need someone with the "Sales DNA" to treat their territory like a franchise. You will partner with Account Executives to close high-velocity transactional deals while architecting scalable solutions on the Salesforce Customer 360 platform. You will be the bridge between business problems and technical solutions, leveraging the full power of CRM, Automation, and Data to drive growth for Nordic businesses.

  • Achieve Results: You don't wait for instructions. You "set challenging work goals and meet them" by self-imposing standards of excellence. You take full accountability for the technical win and refuse to let the velocity of the SMB segment compromise quality.
  • Drive Innovation (AI & Modern Tech): You "experiment with new approaches to solve problems". You are an early adopter who uses AI (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) not just for fun, but as a productivity multiplier to script demos, summarise research, or generate ideas.
  • Communicate Effectively: You master the art of translation. You "convey information and ideas clearly" to non-technical business owners, translating complex "Agentic" concepts into business value that resonates with a Nordic CEO.
  • Manage Ambiguity: The Hub is dynamic. You maintain effectiveness even when "experiencing major changes in work responsibilities". You view shifts in strategy (like the move to Agentforce) as opportunities to learn rather than blockers.

Required Qualifications

  • CRM Experience: Prior experience in Solution Engineering or Technical Sales is required. While Salesforce knowledge is ideal, we welcome experts in Microsoft Dynamics, Hub Spot, Oracle, or SAP who are ready to cross-train.
  • Technical Acumen (Customer 360 & Automation): You have a solid grasp of data modelling and business process automation. You understand how to map a manual workflow into a digital logic flow.
  • Language Skills:
    • English: Professional Fluency is mandatory.
    • Swedish: Native/Bilingual proficiency is highly preferred. However, we prioritise exceptional Talent over language. If you are a world-class Solution Engineer with deep technical chops and outstanding Sales DNA, fluent English is sufficient.
  • Hub Resilience: Experience working in a high-volume, inside-sales environment. You can switch contexts rapidly between Discovery, Demo, and architectural whiteboard sessions.

  • The AI Power User: You know how to craft a good prompt. You have hands-on experience using Generative AI tools to improve your own daily productivity.
  • Agentic Enterprise Awareness: You understand the shift from "Chatbots" to "autonomous Agents." You have a conceptual understanding of Agentforce or how autonomous agents can execute tasks within an enterprise environment.
  • Business Curiosity: You understand why a business buys software. You can look at a company's website and hypothesise their pain points before the first call.
