The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Salesforce has 5 core values: Trust, Customer Success, Innovation, Equality, and Sustainability. Beyond being a core value, Equality is how we innovate and lead. Join the Equality and Engagement team as we create equal opportunities, industry-leading talent experiences, and bring everyone along in the future of Agentforce.
Primary Responsibilities:
This role is crucial to advancing Salesforce’s South Asia Equality Strategy, leading innovative programs that seamlessly integrate AI and equality into our culture at every step. Covering one of our largest and most dynamic global markets—India**—alongside key regional hubs including** Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines**, you will serve as a trusted Equality advisor to regional leadership.**
As a strategic partner to cross-functional teams, you will embed equality into operational and business objectives across these diverse landscapes, using data-driven insights to guide decision-making and foster deep collaboration across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and Implement South Asia’s Equality Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive regional Equality strategy with clear KPIs and reporting mechanisms. Lead efforts in the regional Operating Units to deliver innovative programs that center on Equality and Engagement in the 5 countries.
Collaborate with Leadership:
Partner with key business stakeholders and ES (HR) to further embed equality and engagement strategies into operational and business objectives.
Build Cross-Functional Relationships:

Support Business Growth:
Identify and implement programs that support the growth and operational goals of Salesforce in South Asia
Leverage Data and AI-Powered Insights:
Use data analytics to assess the impact of initiatives, and using AI and Agentforce to make informed decisions to optimize programs.
Compliance and Best Practices:
Ensure programs align with South Asia compliance regulations, incorporating global best practices.
Change Management:
Lead and manage change initiatives to embed equality principles within the organization.
Leadership Development:
Develop and empower local equality champions within India, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines.
Skills + Experience
10+ years of experience and deep subject knowledge in equality and engagement, with a strong understanding of South Asia’s cultural, regional, and legal landscape.

to the leadership team and leaders. Be a thought partner to help create buy-in and support from the business.
Proven ability to build collaborative relationships

Agentic Mindset & AI Transformation:
Proven ability to lead in the "lean agentic era" by identifying opportunities to deploy AI agents and automation that scale equality initiatives and drive operational efficiencies. You possess a forward-thinking, "builder" mentality with the agility to rapidly learn and pilot emerging technologies, ensuring the South Asia Equality Strategy remains at the cutting edge of Salesforce’s AI-first evolution.
